LandSecs and Fladgate in court battle

Building opposition: LandSecs’ Park House scheme is just across the road from Fladgate’s 25 North Row headquarters and the law firm claims its business has been disrupted

Law firm Fladgate has gone to court to halt a 316,000 sq ft scheme on its doorstep – and Land Securities has hit back with a £10m damages claim.
