OTRAS: new lobbyists for out-of-town retail

These latest recruits to the cause, who each paid a £20 membership fee, joined up after the Out-of-Town Retail Agents' Society (OTRAS) voted by 218 votes to 16 to set up the British Council for Out-of-Town Retail (bcotr).
