The trust is managed by PRICOA. Patrick, 51, was formerly joint managing director of Great Portland Estates, where he was responsible for the £1.8bn property investment portfolio. He has been married for 22 years and has two daughters. In his spare time he enjoys cricket, tennis and shooting.
