History: Greenside’s 1930s modernist design by Connell Ward & Lucas was listed in 1998, but the building has since been demolished.

Heritage bodies believe a decision to allow the demolition of Greenside, a 1930s listed building overlooking Wentworth golf course, threatens the very principles of the planning system.
