Service charges continue to rise, according to the latest annual OSCAR survey published next week by Jones Lang LaSalle.In 2004, service charges for the office, retail and out-of-town retail sectors rose well above the rate of inflation, showing increases of 15%, 6.27% and 10.5% respectively on 2003.
