Wagamama rent action British Airways Pension Trustees and others issued proceedings on 19 March 2003 against restaurant company Wagamama claiming £289,000 of rent arrears and interest in relation to premises at the Printworks in Manchester, which are let to the defendant for 25 years at £112,787 a year.
