David Goldberg tells Mitchell Labiak why he decided to strike out on his own to create property management firm POD Management.
The founder of POD Management certainly has his work cut out. According to 2016 research from insurer Direct Line for Business, the average service charge for a flat in a new-build tower was £2,777 a year. Residents and campaigners argue that they are not getting much for that and are calling for reform of the system.
Ahead of this year’s sold-out Property Week Management All-Stars awards, Property Week sat down with Goldberg to find out how he and his company plan to change things.
