Dispute over selling agent’s due On 29 September 2004 Knight Frank started proceedings against Kerringtons Development, claiming a sum of around £228,000, together with interest in relation to its fees, for the marketing of a residential block at 30 Calderwood Street Woolwich known as the Vista Building.
