Sol Melia to face legal action over Marconi House fire

Sol Melia, the Spanish hotel company developing a five-star hotel at Marconi House in London’s West End, which caught fire on 14 June, is facing legal action from the Galliard Homes and Frogmore joint venture which is bringing forward the residential development within the same building.
