UK hoteliers see recovery in 2010 but future is "stubbornly turbulent" says PKF report

UK hoteliers saw a significant recovery in 2010 but much of this upturn was attributed to London and the future looks “stubbornly turbulent”, according to PKF’s Hotel Britain 2011 report.
