Newham's Dutton calls for entrants to PW's regeneration competition

Newham council regeneration director Clive Dutton gave a call to arms today for entrants to Property Week’s Meanwhile Uses competition, which invites ideas for temporary uses for three dormant development sites at the Royal Docks in London.
