“If you look at what’s available along the M40 coming out of London, all the way up to Birmingham and following an arc around to the M4 and M1, there is precious little stock available at the moment,” says Simon Parsons, co-owner of Albion Land. “There are very few buildings of that sort of scale. Where people have built them, they’ve tended to be taken very quickly.”

Albion Land has already built around 250,000 sq ft at Link 9 in the first two phases of development and the majority of that has already been let and sold.
