CrowdUK manages the arcade – a grade II-listed Victorian building on Deansgate in Manchester’s city centre – on behalf of owner Mansford. The 55,000 sq ft arcade is let to a range of office, retail and food and beverage occupiers and, most recently, to CrowdUK.

The property management and placemaking specialist has let the building’s 10,000 sq ft basement, which has been derelict for more than half a century, and is transforming it into a flexible events space and members’ club.
