Joint venture to focus on three sites initially.

A first-of-a-kind partnership for Brentwood Council, the tie-up aims to boost housing delivery and wider development in the area. But, as with anything new, it will also throw up a few challenges.

The idea behind the partnership was to get the most out of the council’s assets – a number of which are brownfield, town centre sites – while limiting the amount of risk it took on.
