HUB hopes it will be third time lucky for landmark Maidenhead project

HUB’s scheme is third attempt to develop key site within the Thames Valley town.

The 3.3-acre site is in May’s constituency and is considered strategically important for the rejuvenation of the Thames Valley town, as it awaits the 2019 launch of Crossrail. Plans for the site have come and gone over the past decade and many local people now doubt that it will ever be built out.

So after years of failed plans, will the latest vision for the site come to fruition?
