Industrial take-up remains strong across East Midlands

Simon Lloyd, partner, logistics and industrial agency, at the firm, says this reflects the region’s strategic importance and the availability of the right sites in the right locations.

He says significant take-up at East Midlands Gateway at Castle Donington and Midlands Logistics Park in Corby – where a total of 3.6m sq ft is under construction – is evidence of the scale of occupier demand.
