Lack of space drives up office rents in Bristol city centre

Prime headline rents hit £34.50/sq ft in first nine months of the year.

In the final quarter of 2017, prime headline rents jumped from £31/sq ft to £32.50/sq ft, a figure that was exceeded in Q3 this year following Amdaris’ lease of a self-contained suite in Aurora at £34.50/sq ft.

And according to Peter Musgrove, director and Bristol head of office at LSH, rents look set to increase further over the next 18 months.
