Leamington Spa office rents rise as vacancy levels plummet

Demand for town centre space and a lack of development mean it is a landlord’s market, for the time being.

Demand from a diverse range of occupiers in the software, energy, engineering and automotive sectors is driving demand – particularly for space in the town centre, which benefits from period charm, a mix of retail and leisure and good transport links.

Software firms with young affluent workforces are particularly keen to base themselves in Leamington Spa, but according to Simon Hain, director of agency at EHB Commercial, there is little room for the new space that would accommodate them.
