Redevco has spent two years turning the former service yard into the new street, which opened in April and comprises 13 retail units, nine apartments and 4,000 sq ft of offices.

Redevco bought Hanningtons Estate, including the former Hanningtons department store and a series of buildings on surrounding streets, in 2015 and embarked on a £72m redevelopment.
