Last month, Alex Duckett, formerly of Knight Frank and Savills, and Oliver Corrigan, son of the owner of the Carrwood Park and Brookfield Court office parks by junction 46 of the M1 and manager of the former, joined forces to create north of England serviced office space provider Gilbanks Group.
