Robust demand sends office take-up to record high in Brum

Demand leads developers to look beyond constrained prime core.

So far this year, take-up has remained healthy, totalling 148,000 sq ft in Q1, in line with the five-year average for this period. This figure was helped by WPS’s letting of 46,000 sq ft at Brockton Capital’s Mailbox in January.
