Slough office market catches its breath after busy 2018

However, the market has been sluggish in the first quarter of 2019, with few deals coming through.

Last year’s record was, in many ways, due to the success of Slough Borough Council’s £450m ‘Heart of Slough’ regeneration project, which has encouraged private developers to invest.
