Rents remain robust owing to lack of grade-A space in the city

Hannah Waterhouse, a director in JLL’s Bristol office, puts this down to market uncertainly caused by Brexit, as well as corporate consolidation.

“There is demand from occupiers across all sectors and this will continue. However, the message appears to be that unless a move is needed, occupiers are slightly subdued and proceeding with caution,” Waterhouse says.
