Conversion of stables could lead development of ‘vibrant night time hub’.

The company has submitted an application to convert two grade-II listed buildings – known locally as ‘tram sheds’, despite never having been used for that purpose – on the St James Yard site, sandwiched between the Strand and Sadler Gate in the city centre.
