Yes sirree, this morning, early risers could indulge in an hour-long pilates session kicking off at 6:30am, with another session for those in dire need of a lie-in commencing at 7:30am. Immediately after lunch there will be another 45-minute session to aid digestion ahead of the afternoon series of seminars.

Then to help delegates wind down ahead of the Thursday evening party there is yet another hour-long pilates session at 6pm.

If that didn’t provide ample opportunity for pilates lovers to work on strengthening their core, two more hour-long pilates sessions are planned for the Friday morning.

The conference also offered a programme of events for more energetic types, with a cycle challenge and a BCO running club led by Nick Searl of Argent.

Oh, and there are some interesting panel debates too - see the full agenda here and follow @miahunt9 on Twitter with #BCOconference for live coverage.
