That certainly seems to be what’s happening in the South West where Property Eye understands a group of young surveyors from a bunch of different commercial agencies have been living in the same flat share.
Nothing wrong with that, of course. Living together with your pals is one of the joys of being young. However, an older South West agent tells Property Eye that the whippersnappers ran into a bit of a problem. Namely, keeping confidential deal information secret from other agencies when they were all working in the same living room during the pandemic. Oo-er.
They were soon told by their various managements — in no uncertain terms — to head back to the office lest one of their flatmates overheard the details of a deal they were working on while munching on their toast
