KanAm Grund Group acquired Standard Life Aberdeen’s HQ in Edinburgh for a price believed to be around £130m.
On behalf of German pension fund ÄVWL, it bought the property at 4-8 St Andrew Square from the Standard Life Pooled Pension Property Fund.
The property comprises 100,000 sq ft of offices, 65,000 sq ft of shops and restaurants and five apartments.
At the time, the sale marked the biggest mixed-use investment deal in Scotland since the St James Centre in October 2016.
Tenants include TK Maxx, Vapiano and Gaucho.
