Alistair Subba Row, managing partner

1983 Joins Harold Williams Bennett & Partners as trainee surveyor with Andrew Ramagge (now director of Windsor Fairlawn Developments).
1985 Joins De Groot Collis in Holborn as agency surveyor alongside Rorie Henderson (now at Salmon Developments).
1986 Joins Farebrother as agency surveyor working alongside Neil Treasure (now at Dawnay Day).
1991 Promoted to associate partner working alongside Richard Amlot (now at Great Portland Estates).
1994 Promoted to partner and head of agency.
2003 Elected chairman of the Holborn Business
Partnership working with Richard Linnell (Land Securities) and Mark McAlister (CB Richard Ellis).
2004 Appointed managing partner of Farebrother.

Huw Colwyn Foulkes, head of management

1980 Graduates with a degree in land economy from Cambridge University. Contemporaries include Mark Creamer (now deputy managing director at CB Richard Ellis), Chris Osmond (partner at CWM), David Brokenshire (now director at Savills) and Nigel Britteon (now at Telereal).
1981 Works for Hillier Parker May & Rowden with
Paul Lewis (now a director at Colliers CRE) and Nigel Vaughan (now at Godfrey Vaughan).
1983 Joins Farebrother as assistant to senior partner, Michael Bridges Webb.
1988 Becomes partner and head of professional.
2003 Becomes head of management.

1991 Graduates with a degree in estate management from Birmingham Polytechnic.
1992 Joins Bigwood in Birmingham as graduate surveyor alongside Nick Waddington (now partner at Holley Blake).
1993 Joins Nattrass Giles in Birmingham as industrial and office agent.
1994 Joins Richard Brudenell in Covent Garden in London working with Michael Rix (now partner at Barton Rix).
1997 Joins Farebrother agency team as senior surveyor.
1998 Promoted to associate partner.
2000 Promoted to partner.
2003 Becomes head of agency department.

Malcolm Brackley, head of professional

1985 Summer student within planning and development department at Montagu Evans working under Richard Thomas (formerly managing partner of Montagu Evans) and Malcolm Kerr (founder of DP9).
1990 Graduates from Reading University. Contemporaries include James Brooke Webb (now at UK & European Investments). Joined Montagu Evans’ ratings department alongside Michael Tasker (now managing director of Second Afton Securities) and Mike Flecknoe (now at Fuller Peiser).
1996 Promoted to associate partner at Montagu Evans.
1999 Joins Farebrother as associate partner in professional.
2001 Promoted to partner.
2003 Becomes head of professional at Farebrother.
