British Land shakes up team as focus shifts to mixed use

Chief executive Chris Grigg describes reshuffle as an ‘evolution’ that will allow people ‘to work closer together’.

Earlier this week it was announced Roberts, head of offices, and Maudsley, head of retail, leisure and residential, will leave after a combined 30 years at the company.

Current deputy head of retail Darren Richards will take on the newly created role of head of real estate on 31 March, when the changes come into effect.
