The firm’s reported interest in Homebase stores hints at plan to transform retail sites into delivery hubs.

The online retail behemoth is said to be planning to convert the stores for use within its network of delivery hubs if it does end up acquiring them.

But just how feasible is turning retail space into last-mile logistics space?
