The frenzy to secure ownership of industrial property continues despite sluggish demand from occupiers, especially at the larger end of the market. The largest recent letting was at the Pasadena Centre in Hayes, where Saint Gobain took 73,400 sq ft (6,820 sq m) for a Platform building materials cash-and-carry store.
