Legal & General forward-funds £25.6m student development

Legal & General has invested £25.6m to fund the development of two student accommodation blocks pre-let to the University of Lincoln.

The scheme has been bought by Legal & General’s LPI Income Property Fund and is a joint venture between Bloc and Marcus Worthington Properties with EBW Developments appointed as the developer
