Dutch real estate investment company Orange Capital Partners has refinanced a €78.5m (£68.7m) debt facility against multiple residential portfolios.
The portfolios are worth a total of €135m comprised of 700 units throughout the Netherlands with a focus on Amsterdam, Amstelveen and The Hague.
