Standard Life Investments PIT reports 9.6% return

Standard Life Investments Property Income Trust has credited its overweight industrial position for delivering a NAV total return of 9.6%.

In its annual results for the year end 31 December 2018 the trust revealed its total assets rose 9.3% over the year to £512.2m and NAV per share increased 3.1% to 91.0p.
