Stanhope and AFIAA launch Gresham St Paul's

Stanhope and the Swiss Investment Foundation AFIAA have launched a new City office building, Gresham St Paul’s, at 40 Gresham street.

Gresham St Paul’s will have 170,000 sq ft of prime office space over nine floors, with large terraces on the top three floors.
