Prudential has sold 110-114 Middlesex Street, London E1, to investor Capital Trust for £15.8m. The building (pictured), which is let to Amec Developments until 2008, produces a rent of more than £1m a year, which equates to £266.90/sq m (£24.80/sq ft).
