The proposed £200m transformation of the former Scottish & Newcastle bottling and distribution site was unveiled today
The site is being developed by Grosvenor, AMA and the Royal Bank of Scotland in Fountainbridge, Edinburgh.
Three separate planning applications have this week been submitted to the council for more than 260 homes on the 8 acre (3.8 ha) site. The plan is to build 650 homes and create 160,000 sq ft (14,864 sq m) of offices creating 2,500 new jobs.
The masterplan was approved by the City of Edinburgh Council in January 2006, and reflects guidelines set out by the councils' own development brief for the area.
A £9 million 650-space underground car park is also included in the application.
Demolition of the former bottling and distribution facilities is already underway.
