£270m Swindon leisure scheme receives full planning consent

SevenCapital’s £270m Swindon leisure development, North Star Village, has received full planning consent from Swindon Borough Council.

North Star Village will feature 500,000 sq ft of retail, dining and leisure, including one of the UK’s largest ski and snow centres, with two real snow indoor ski slopes. The ski centre has also gained the support two-time Olympic snowboarder Jamie Nicholls.
