€2bn invested in Irish market in final quarter of 2021

The Irish property market secured more than €2bn (£1.67bn) of investment in the last quarter of 2021, bringing full-year activity to €5.5bn.

According to research from Savills, the yearly total was €2.5bn more than the €3bn in 2020, and the second-highest level ever recorded.
