Quadrant Estates and Pirbright Holdings have secured planning permission to redevelop 66 Hammersmith Road, the site of the original Kensington Centre.
The centre, which was a 50,000 sq ft 1980s office building, will be redeveloped into a 223,000 sq ft new spec office building spanning eight-storeys aimed at smaller businesses.
