A matter of Courcelles: Hammerson makes £102m from sale of 200,000 sq ft Paris building

Hammerson has exchanged contracts to sell 40 rue de Courcelles, in Paris's eighth arrondissement, to German institutional investor giant Munich Re, the world's largest insurance company.
