Success: Cardiff Bay’s growing number of residents contribute to Mermaid’s draw

Cardiff’s Mermaid Quay was meant to draw visitors from the Wales Millennium Centre, but even though that project was delayed by five years, it is challenging the city centre as a nightlife destination.
