Morgan Stanley Real Estate Investing and Witkoff Group have bought 1107 Broadway, a vacant building next to Madison Square Park in New York for $190m from Lehman Brothers. They plan to convert the 350,000 sq ft office building into luxury condominiums. Witkoff CEO Steven Witkoff said:
