Aberdeen Property Investors, on behalf of Strathclyde Pension Fund, has bought Parc Pemberton, next to Parc Trostre in Llanelli, west Wales, for £30.75m — an initial yield of 6.9%. Argos, Currys and Comet are among the tenants. Stockford Staunton advised vendor Stadium; Harvey Spack Field advised Aberdeen.
