Aberdeen Standard Pan-European Residential Property Fund (ASPER) is committing £60m to a private rented sector (PRS) scheme in Birmingham.
The investment, which is the fund’s first in the UK, representing an initial yield of 4.25%, will forward fund the redevelopment of a 10-storey post office building into 259 apartments for private rental.
