Abstract Securities has let The Florence Building in Basingstoke to Sovereign Housing Association and then sold the office block to Legal & General.
Sovereign has signed up for the entire 61,415 sq ft of office space on a 20-year lease at around £28.50/sq ft.
LGIM Real Assets has subsequently bought the building on behalf of its Limited Price Inflation income property fund for around £29m.
