Acuitus to sell shopping centre for fraction of 2005 value

Royal London Asset Management is putting a shopping centre it acquired for £17m in 2005 up for sale via auction with a guide price of just £3.7m.

The Abbeygate in Nuneaton, Warwickshire, which is a two-storey shopping centre comprising 90,000 sq ft of retail and office space on a 1.9-acre site, is being offered for sale at Acuitus’s March auction.
