Advantage buys in Birmingham

St Modwen Properties has sold a three-storey 33,000 sq ft office building occupied by Business Link West Midlands at Quinton Business Park in Birmingham to Advantage West Midlands for £6.5m, reflecting an initial yield of 6.35%. DTZ acted for St Modwen; Gerald Eve acted for Advantage West Midlands.
