AEW and Allianz speculative logistics East Midlands

AEW and Allianz have acquired a 525,000 sq ft site from CWC Group as the first purchase in their joint speculative UK logistics venture.

The partnership has planning permission to turn the site at the 25-acre East Midlands distribution centre into warehousing and office accommodation, which it hopes will be completed in December 2019.
