AEW buys retail scheme in Coventry

AEW UK REIT has paid £16.4m for the 11.91-acre Central Six Retail Park in Coventry in a deal that reflects a net initial yield of around 11%.

The site is less than a mile away from Coventry city centre and adjacent to Coventry Railway Station and the Friargate Regeneration area.
